Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with www.grinerjewelryco.com, purchased items
may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in original
condition. Griner Jewelry will not accept any returns on any custom or altered items including, but not
limited to custom jobs, sizing, and engravings. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or
exchanged.
Any return or exchange items that are not returned in store, must be insured for shipping through your
local postal carrier. Griner Jewelry cannot be held liable for shipping or insurance charges associated
with return shipping.
Production Time:
In-stock items will ship 1-3 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship
up to 4-8 weeks after purchase. Once your order has processed and shipped, you will receive a
confirmation email with an estimated time or arrival and a tracking number. Custom sizing is available
upon request, but may delay shipping up to 5-7 business days.
